Shipping policy

OVERVIEW

Shipping charges will be auto calculated at checkout depending on the product size and weight in conjunction with the delivery address. All orders ship from Edina, Minnesota and are normally sent out within 2 business days. Our store will use the pre selected option for transit of your item and send it out no more than 3 business days after receipt of an order. If there is an issue with the order for any reason on our end we reserve the right to cancel the order. 

Shipping Destinations

Currently we are only shipping to United States addresses. 

Third Party International Freight Forwarding Services 

We do support orders shipped to US based freight forwarders for international shipments.

For freight shipping quotes on oversized items please contact us directly before making a purchase.

Shipping Cutoff Times

Daily shipping cutoff is 10AM Central Standard Time. Any orders received after that time are not guaranteed to be processed on that day.

Lost or Damaged Packages

For lost in transit or damaged packages, a claim must be filed with the carrier please reach out to Support@NappyDapper.com
